            Setting Your Availability

             

            Our calendar allows you to easily block the dates you're unavailable.  The more days you are available the more you will appear in searches, but your rating will reduce if you constantly turn down work when you say you are available.

            Using the calendar on the left side of the screen, click the dates you are not available for new work. First you click the earlier date and then the last date. You can also select just a single day.


            Setting a single day



            Select the single day on the calendar. You will notice that the booking form on the right side of the screen displays the start and end date matching the corresponding date highlighted yellow on the calendar.  The whole day is selected as a default however you can select to make just half the day unavailable.

            Clicking Unavailable will block out that day from relief and will show on your calendar as grey with a line through the date.


            Setting multiple days


            Select the first and last dates on the calendar. You will notice that the Booking form on the right side of the screen displays the start and end date matching the corresponding dates highlighted yellow on the calendar.  When you span multiple days, the booking form shows each possible work day selected.




            You can block out specific days for multiple weeks or the entire year if you like.

            In the example below, we have selected 2 weeks but only for Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday.




            Clicking unavailable will block out the selected day(s) from relief and will show on your calendar as grey with a line through the date.
